Warranty Policy

The manufacture's standard warranty shall apply. Star Stationers guarantees items offered to be free from any and all defects in material, packaging and workmanship and agree to replace defective items promptly at no charge.

Return Policy

Returned merchandise will be accepted for credit only if in resalable condition, and after arrangements have been made with us for its return. We assume no obligation to accept merchandise for credit after fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice. In requesting authorization to return merchandise, please furnish the invoice number and date of the invoice to ensure prompt handling. Special ordered merchandise is not subject to return, except in case of our error. All merchandise returned would be credited subject to handling and restocking charges of 20%, unless such return is caused by our error in shipping or handling the order.
